GTA 6 is a 210GB download on PlayStation 5, tracker reports
A PlayStation Store tracker lists Grand Theft Auto 6 at 210GB on PS5, with pre-loading starting November 12 and launch on November 19.

What changed: Grand Theft Auto 6 now has a number attached on PlayStation 5. According to Eurogamer, citing the tracker PlayStation Game Size, the game is a 210GB download.1 That is the tracker’s reading of PS Store backend data, not a figure Rockstar has published. Everything here rests on that one report.
The tracker works by poking through the store’s backend, and the 210GB figure is the full download everyone will need to fetch.1 The installed size on your console’s SSD is not reported, so the download number is the one to plan around.
It is also unclear whether a day one patch will land on top of the 210GB or is already included.1 If the file size changes, the same store trackers would be the first place to see it.
The calendar is firm. GTA 6 arrives November 19 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, and pre-loading begins November 12.1 That gives owners a week to clear space and let the download run before launch day.
For the size in context, Eurogamer notes that 210GB is not far beyond the biggest games on PS5.1 It is still a serious chunk of any console drive, so the sensible move is to check your free space now rather than on release morning.
What it means if you own the hardware: a PS5 with a nearly full SSD will have to make room, which means deleting or archiving other games. Start the cleanup before November 12, not after, because a 210GB pull on a slow connection eats real time.
Our read: The pre-load window is the pit stop here. A 210GB download is the tire change you want finished before the lights go green, and November 12 is when the pit lane opens. Nothing about the number is surprising for a game this big, but a store-tracker figure is still a lead rather than a Rockstar announcement. Treat 210GB as the working estimate, clear your space this week, and watch for an update if the listed size shifts before pre-loading starts.
What it costs you: roughly 210GB of free space and a few hours of bandwidth, spent ahead of launch.
