Sony Interactive Entertainment has named the November 2026 Monthly Games for PlayStation Plus Essential subscribers: Dead Island 2, Monster Train 2 and Tomb Raider IV-V-VI Remastered. All three become available on November 3. 1

This is a membership perk, so the claim is open to Essential subscribers only. No store price or end date for the lineup appears in the announcement, so I’m not putting a number on it. Prices checked October 29, 2026.

What’s in the lineup

  • Dead Island 2 (PS5, PS4): A zombie RPG set in a ruined Los Angeles, built around brutal melee combat and a large pile of inventive weapons. You can play alone or in online three-player co-op. 1
  • Monster Train 2 (PS5): A single-player deckbuilding roguelite. You command clans of former angels and demons aboard trains, working to push out the Titans who took over Heaven. There are five new clans and three vertical levels to defend. 1
  • Tomb Raider IV-V-VI Remastered (PS5, PS4): A collection of three games: The Last Revelation, Chronicles and The Angel of Darkness. You can switch between the original polygonal models and the remastered graphics at any time. 1

Is it a good price? For anyone already paying for Essential, a free zombie RPG, a deckbuilder and a three-game Tomb Raider set is a lineup you could happily fill a month with, and it costs nothing extra on top of the membership.

One caution: the announcement does not list any PS4-only caveats for Monster Train 2, which is marked PS5 only. If you’re still on PS4 hardware, two of the three games are the ones to look at.

The full list comes from Gematsu’s report of the Sony announcement, which is the only source for these details. 1

Our read: A solid month, with variety across three genres. Dead Island 2 is the headline pick, and the Tomb Raider set rewards anyone who skipped the later classic entries. Claim day is November 3, so set a reminder.
