Deal Sheet: Gears of War: E-Day, Apple Watch Ultra 4 and more, checked Nov. 1
IGN's Sunday roundup puts Gears of War: E-Day at $60.99, Apple Watch Ultra 4 at $799.99 and Pikmin 4 at $39.88; here is which prices hold up.
Edited by Dot Matrix, Editor-in-Chief
The deal I’d walk to the register for is Xenoblade Chronicles 2 plus its Expansion Pass, a digital bundle at Walmart for $39.94 against a combined $89.98, a 56 percent cut that survives the usual-price check.1 The fine print: another line in the same listing shows $39.98, so expect a few cents of wobble.1
Here is the full sheet, prices as listed on Sunday, November 1, 2026.

My calls, one per deal:
Gears of War: E-Day, $60.99. Buy it if you wanted a physical copy anyway; $9 off a game IGN scored 9/10 is a fair, modest cut.1 Early Xbox sales numbers are a separate debate, covered in our Piscatella story.
Apple Watch Ultra 4, $799.99. Buy it if the watch was already on your list: $100 off, and 9to5Toys calls it nearly an all-time low.13 Our deals story has more. Some colors and bands are listed at $699 elsewhere in 9to5Mac’s roundup, so compare before you click.4
Ocarina of Time, $59.88 at Amazon. Buy it now if you want the physical copy: the deal ends on release day, so this is the last weekend for it.1 Walmart’s $59.98 is a dime worse.
Pikmin 4, $39.88. Buy it if you have never played it. IGN notes the Switch 2 upgrade pack costs $9.99 if you own the original, which beats paying $70 for the new edition.1
Dune: Awakening, $39.99. Buy it if survival MMOs are your thing; IGN gave it 8/10, and $20 off is a third of the price.1
Xenoblade Chronicles 2 bundle, $39.94. Buy it. The writer calls it a favorite game, and the Switch 2 upgrade runs $10 more if you want it.1
Star Wars Zero Company, $47.99 to $49.99. Buy it if you like XCOM-style strategy; $12 off is a decent but not dramatic cut, and The Verge liked the story and characters.2
Our read: Verdict: verified, with a catch. The discounts are real against the listed usual prices, but only Ocarina of Time has a stated end date, so the rest could vanish without warning. Nothing here is a panic buy.
All prices were as listed when this ran and may change.
